Welcome to Japandi Home & Decor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.japandihomeart.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of physical products sold through the Site.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Products (physical only)
We sell physical wall art and home decor products produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful). Most items are made to order, which helps reduce overproduction.
Product images are for presentation purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and print production tolerances.
3) Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, or production limitations.
If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s).
4) Pricing, taxes, and payments
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Taxes/VAT, shipping fees, and any discounts are displayed at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
5) Production and shipping
Because products are made to order, orders typically require production time before shipping. Estimated production and delivery timelines are shown at checkout and/or in our shipping policy, but they are estimates and not guaranteed.

6) Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a reshipping fee. If reshipment is not possible, a refund may be reduced by shipping and handling costs.
7) Cancellations and changes
Because items are produced on demand, we can only cancel or change an order before it enters production. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

8) Returns, refunds, and replacements

Made-to-order items: Because products are made specifically when you order, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” (such as ordering the wrong size or deciding you no longer want the item), except where required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
9) Fulfillment partner (Printful)
We use Printful to print, package, and ship products. To fulfill your order, we must share necessary information (such as your name, shipping address, and ordered items) with Printful and shipping carriers.

10) Product availability and changes
We may change or discontinue products at any time. In some cases, Printful may change product materials, suppliers, or packaging. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the item and refund you.
11) Risk of loss and delivery issues
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can assist where possible.
12) Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including artwork, designs, images, logos, text, and branding—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13) Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, comments, or images, you confirm you have the rights to post them. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content for store and marketing purposes (unless you request removal where feasible).
14) Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operations, scrape content in bulk, or use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
15) Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that product colors will display identically across all devices.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
17) Chargebacks and fraud prevention
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or request additional verification if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide order and shipping documentation to the payment provider to support the transaction.
18) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, supply disruptions, natural disasters, or labor actions.
19) Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy: /privacy-policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described there.
20) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
21) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
